Name: High-temperature Diffusion Furnace Body
Description: This series of high-temperature diffusion furnaces' heaters are wrapped with SUS stainless steel series shells (water-cooled structure is optional), and the insulation layer adopts a composite vacuum integral fiber structure process to ensure the uniformity and stability of the furnace body. The operating temperature ranges from 200°C to 1600°C (the PRO series can reach a maximum of 1800°C).
Heating element options:
1. Resistance wire type: small spring, large spring, U-wave, W-wave, with a working temperature range of 200°C to 1600°C.
2. Silicon molybdenum rod type: single U combination, U-wave, W-wave, with a working temperature range of 200°C to 1600°C.
